This is a story of a Croatian who went to Canada, and a Canadian who went to Croatia. Total strangers, until the experiences of the cross culture life brought them together. Jadra and Nadean met in 2013 for a coffee and a chat about the individual perspectives of a common experience – being a foreigner in each others homeland.
Making our way together
The pioneer steps on the plane with excitement and fear and steps off the plane with excitement and crippling terror. The move to a new country and adventure or starting a new life, should be empowering. But waves of uncertainty and lack of support can bring down you morale faster than a house cards in the wind. Sisterhood was built for this. Reaching out to those who have been there or are there, can bring a girl to a whole new level of ˝can do.˝
I find myself collecting women of all ages that are fearful but do it anyways, bucking against their family trend (whatever that may be) and doing it their way and following their hearts to places they have been dreaming of longer than they want to admit.
If you are a woman (or man for that matter) join this sisterhood (sorry guys, hahahaha) of the country exchange. Bring your voice, experience and support to others. Let’s gather, lift and support each other in the journey of brave steps
Cronadian 
It is very dificult leaving everything behinde ,not knowing what to excpect in a new country among unknown people and culture,and all that fills you with fear at first. But as time passes by you get to know those new people,you starts to embrace that new culture and very soon you figure out that those people are excepting you between themselves and you are having new friends,new family and it is not so scary any more,actually becomes pleasant spending time with new friends and families. You just need to fine courage and go to new adventure.

I do admire Nadean and Jadra to left everything behind,good jobs ,families and go into unknown,but it seems they are doing o.k.
They manage to fined new friends,explore the towns that pull them with their beauty.
I do hope when. this mission will be over they could returned home with so many beautiful memories and spread the words about this beautiful countries and their kind and helpfull people.
